Services and Payments

- Digiunfold provides website and app development, along with digital marketing services. 
- All payments made to Digiunfold are final. No refunds or cancellations are possible after a purchase has been made.

Project Delivery and Modifications

- Upon completion of the project, Digiunfold will deliver the website or app to the client.
- Minor edits and bug fixes are covered by Digiunfold without additional charges for up to 6 months post-delivery. After this period, any modifications or bug fixes may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property rights for the developed website, app, or digital marketing content shall remain with the client upon final payment.
- Digiunfold reserves the right to use any work created for the client for promotional purposes unless specifically requested not to by the client.

Liability

- Digiunfold shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses the client may suffer, including but not limited to lost profit, business interruptions, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
